Safety measures for Omicron

In lieu of the fear of Omicron virus in India in panic situation around, plz spread the msg that this virus has mild symptoms/no symptoms if certain diet and lifestyle norms are followed :

1. Eat citrus fruits n foods rich in vitamin C daily w’out fail (oranges, amla, green chutney, guava, spinach, broccoli, all seasonal fruits) Vitamin C builds immunity n helps build T cells which fights the viruses

2. Viruses dehydrate, so aim at good fluid intake of about 5 to 6 lit if already infected and 3 to 4 lit as preventive care. Warm Plain water, tender coconut water, thin buttermilk, nimbu pani, carrot beet root amla fresh juice, fresh citrus juice can be had(However remember that processed/packed juices, tea, coffee, sodas n soft drinks lowers immunity n are extremely dehydrating, so pl cut it down radically)

3. Avoid added white sugar, processed n packaged foods like biscuits, bread, foods made with refined flour, packaged noodles, chips, rusk etc as these drastically bring immunity down .

4. Eat lesser than the hunger and simple home cooked food, since digestion of heavy foods drains energy n leaves no energy in the body to make immune cells.

5. Be happy by meditating, doing yoga, running, walking for a minimum of 30 min daily. All these  release happy hormones n reduces cortisol, the stress hormone thereby increasing immunity.

6. Safely move around n carry with your normal life, virus is in the air due to its tiny size hence our bodies are constantly already developing antibodies against the omicron antigen.
