Flax, often known as linseed, is a nutrient-dense, fiber-rich crop with a wide range of applications. Flax is farmed for its seeds, which can be used to make flaxseed meal, oil, or linen.

Some people claim that including flax seeds in your diet will help you lose weight faster. Although there are mixed results from studies, there is evidence to assume that flax seeds can help some people lose weight.

5 DIFFERENT WAYS TO CONSUME  FAXSEEDS IN DIET :

1. FLAXSEEDS TEA :

Ingredients:

  1. 1  tbsp flaxseed powder
  2. 1 tbsp flaxseed powder
  3. Cinnamon
  4. Honeydew nectarine (to taste)
  5. 1 quart of water

Fill a tea pan halfway with water and bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with flaxseed powder and a touch of cinnamon. Continue to boil for another 5-8 minutes, stirring regularly. Remove the pan from the heat and strain the liquid. Honey can be added to taste. (Alternatively, lemon juice can be used.)

Your flaxseed tea is now ready to drink!

2. FLAXSEEDS AND YOGHURT :

Ingredients:

  2. YOGHURT 

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine powdered flaxseeds and curd. Serve right away. It's one of the simplest ways to enjoy protein, calcium, and vitamin D-rich flaxseeds as a tasty snack!

3. FLAXSEEDS DRINK:

ingredients :

  1. 3 to 4 tablespoons flaxseeds
  2. 1 quart of water

To make the flaxseeds, pour a cup of water into a bowl and add flaxseeds. Allow it to remain that way until morning. Strain the liquid and drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
